Because South Florida can be unpredictable at times, if there is severe weather such as, strong winds, lightning, heavy rain, we are unable to rent the jumpers out.
During periods of severe weather condition(s), arising out of but not limited to rain, hale, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the Unit(s) must be evacuated immediately and electricity must be turned off.
Party Rental Professional reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end rental term at any time during severe weather condition(s).
Renter will be given the option to cancel reservation with no cancelation fee prior to delivery/setup on days where severe weather is forecasted at delivery location. In instances where severe weather condition(s) arises after delivery/setup, Party Rental Professional has the right to end the reservation/rental term and no refund will be given.
Renter agrees to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Party Rental Professional, its officers, employees and/or agents from any injury, damages or claims resulting out of or in connection to severe weather conditions and/or Renters negligence to follow rules regarding weather policy.
What if I have to cancel due to weather?
Not a Problem, Just give us a call no later than the day before your rental is scheduled to be delivered. Please note that all deposits are Non-Refundable in the event of any cancellation. If the cancellation is due to weather condition, deposit is transferrable to any new rental within a 6 month period. In the event that you know your new reschedule date, we can make the change immediately as long as the requested equipment is available. The transferred deposit can be used towards any of our inflatable rentals.
What about my deposit?
All deposits expire and are no longer usable after 6 months from the date of your canceled party. In order to transfer the deposit, we must have notification of your cancellation prior to the delivery date. In the event of cancellation upon delivery, your deposit will be used to cover the delivery/labor cost and no longer transferrable.
