Backyard parties are delivered within a 3 hour delivery window generally between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Drivers are scheduled to arrive no later than 30 minutes your event start time.
Park, School, Church, and Corporate delivery sites are generally delivered during the hour before your event. We strive to ALWAYS have equipment rentals set up 30 minutes before the start of an event.
Our Drivers have several locations on their delivery route, it’s extremely important that the contact person responsible for the event to be on time to meet the driver for safety, set up instructions and final payment. One late customer can create problems and stress for everyone else.
Setup Area Information
Our Drivers do all the heavy lifting; you just show us where to set up.
A clear path must be prepared before delivery for our crew to access setup area and a minimum of 39″ for bounce houses and 48″ for combo bounce houses, wet and dry slides, obstacles, and other large inflatables.
A setup area free of debris, sharp objects, trash, pet feces, toys, or any other obstructions that may damage the inflatable during operation or/and that may cause any injury to users.
A setup area with no obstructions in any direction 1.5 times the height of the inflatable.
An electrical source with the power capability of 10Amps dedicated circuit with GFCI within 50′ of setup area (Electric Power Generator is needed if this isn’t accessible)
An inflatable will not be setup in extreme weather conditions such as thunderstorms, or 20+ mph winds. Please see our rental information tips for any additional information and keep in mind our delivery crews will not setup any inflatable if the area or weather deems the operation of our inflatables unsafe in any way.
It is the customer responsibility to measure in advance and ensure there is adequate space and provide a flat clean are for set up clear of sharp objects and debris. If the Driver is unable to set up for reasons above or if unsafe conditions exist, the Customer will be charged a $50 fee.
It’s important that we know in advance if you plan to set up on grass or concrete. inflatables can ONLY be operated safely if they are secured and anchored properly. We bring stakes, water-bags or sand-bags depending on where the unit will be set up. If you make changes, please let us know (especially from grass to cement) to ensure our Drivers will have the proper equipment. Last minute changes could result in MAJOR set up delays.
Party Rental Professional is not liable for any damage done to your sprinkler system, you will be responsible for letting our Drivers know where it is to avoid any damage.
Drivers can NOT go up and down stairs and/or hills, etc. Set up location must be easily accessible from the delivery truck.
ATTENTION: We have the right to refuse or cancel any service or rentals at our discretion.
Pick Up Times
Backyard parties are generally picked up within 4 hours of your event end time. During your Confirmation Call you will be given your 4 hour pick up window. Pick up can be as EARLY as your event end time. If the Driver shows up to pick up the equipment and there is no one at the site or the gates are locked, you will be subject to an additional pickup fee. Schools, Churches, Corporate, and Park delivery site locations are generally picked up within 30 minutes of the event end time.
Our current rental period offered is for an all day rental. Delivery times will be between 8 a.m. – 1 p.m., so please indicate time desired based on your party time when creating a customer profile and party information.
We start picking up a few hours before dark which makes the typical rental period averaging 6-8 hours. Please contact us for special circumstances and availability based on your party times.
Please keep in mind delivery times may be delayed if uncontrollable situations arise but we strive to deliver on time to our customers.
Because South Florida can be unpredictable at times, if there is severe weather such as, strong winds, lightning, heavy rain, we are unable to rent the jumpers out.
During periods of severe weather condition(s), arising out of but not limited to rain, hale, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the Unit(s) must be evacuated immediately and electricity must be turned off. Party Rental Professional reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end rental term at any time during severe weather condition(s).
Renter will be given the option to cancel reservation with no cancelation fee prior to delivery/setup on days where severe weather is forecasted at delivery location. In instances where severe weather condition(s) arises after delivery/setup, Party Rental Professional has the right to end the reservation/rental term and no refund will be given.
Renter agrees to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Party Rental Professional, its officers, employees and/or agents from any injury, damages or claims resulting out of or in connection to severe weather conditions and/or Renters negligence to follow rules regarding weather policy.
